Do as You Do.

dont reinvent

Most of us got into this industry as we saw a better way to earn extra money and we are able  help others do the same.

Don’t over-complicate something that is proven, tried and tested when you don’t have the results or experience to justify it. From personal experience and a LOT of time, money and effort wasted…stick to what’s working and show as many people as possible how to do exactly the same. DO NOT REINVENT THE WHEEL.

Lesson 1

Teach your 5 serious people how to get started and sponsor 5 other serious business builders to continue the duplication.

With your prospect write down on a piece of paper.

 2×2=4 then 3×3, 4×4 and 5×5 (see picture).

5and5

It is essential to show this representation as soon as you introduce the prospect to your program. Because it will take away from their mind the idea that they need to recruit thousands of people to be successful in MLM. You only need to find 5 serious people in your front line not an army of people. Explain that by simply adding 1, 2 3 more people to their own team it will drastically improve the number of people in their organization. Failure to show this first presentation will hinder the duplication process. The idea is to give them the right information straight from the beginning, support them, set the standards for a proper team duplication.

Lesson 2

Teach your 5 serious people how to get started and sponsor 5 other serious business builders to continue the duplication.

With your prospect write down on a piece of paper.

 2×2=4 then 3×3, 4×4 and 5×5 (see picture).

Oooooh!!!! Did you see that, I duplicated the first lesson. That’s what you need to do. Keep repeating what works. Don’t try and re-invent the wheel.

Get Rich Quick Schemes

rome built

If you are thinking of starting out or have already started with your Network Marketing Company, be it Avon, Kleeneze, Betterware, Forever Living, etc etc, to make it RICH QUICK.

  STOP NOW!!

You may have been misled.

TOP TIP – Whatever you do, do not give up your ”Normal” job until you know your income is at a ‘safe’ level.

Don’t get me wrong, you can earn an amazing living with these MLM companies, me and Jen have. We also have the pleasure of knowing a couple of millionaires who operate within our Networking Company.

Someone once said to me, “This game is a marathon, not a sprint”, they were right. ROME WAS NOT BUILT IN A DAY!! but it was built.

mlmplan

Just as an example, if you were using the model above with my Network Marketing Company, you could, by the end of year 1, potentially be earning £2448 every 3 weeks. This is in a prefect world though. Some guys will drop out, they won’t see the same vision as you, but if they did……… THINK ON.  It took me 4 years to get to this position, but if I knew then what I know now, I’m sure I could have got here in half the time.

I started out thinking I know best, I wasted 2 years. Then I listened, read a lot, and learned a lot.  What ever company you choose, listen, read  and learn from your mentors / up liners.  They’ve been there!!! If they tell you it was easy, it wasn’t, but your mentor could make it easier.

Network Marketing

It’s not difficult to understand the appeal of building your own network marketing business.
A successful network marketing/MLM business can provide flexibility and new challenges to your life, and can even earn you an extra few pounds along the way.
What always seems to stop people is wondering about the amount of work that’s seemingly involved with such a measure.
People are often curious about how much work is put into this type of business.  Those of us already running an MLM business know that to build a successful network marketing business takes a lot work, amongst other things including patience, passion and creativity.
Will you be somebody who can build such a business?
Yes! Of course you can do it.
All you need to do is keep a few things in mind as you get started. Avoiding common early mistakes, not to mention sticking with the whole thing through thick and thin, will carry you a long way.
Focus  – at building your network marketing business is the key when you get started, and it remains one of the cornerstones of a healthy, growing network marketing business throughout.
Research  – is another key in the beginning. Read books, websites and blog postings, join forums. Educate yourself on current trends and concepts being utilized within network marketing companies. Find out what’s working in the industry, what isn’t, and apply that to your own schedule and interests.

Cold Excuse

frozen feet

Happy Easter Everyone,

For those that follow my blogs, you will notice I didn’t write my usual weekend blog last week. The reason was simple. I was tired!!

I was out looking for reps every day, I probably only managed 10 names, zero of which signed up. For the last month I’ve been signing up at least 5 per week, which I am more than happy with. Last week though, it was so cold, I think it zapped all me energy.

At the end of the week, Friday, I slept. Saturday started as usual, Tesco etc etc……..

Jen was buried in the F1 which seemed to run and run and run. I decided to read a bit about networking on the internet, my way of chilling as usual. I came across a free e book, of course before down loading it, I checked I wouldn’t be caught up in some sort of scam. I downloaded it!!

I watched a video linked to the book too. I cringed through the first part of it, thinking, ‘’that’s me, that’s me.

After the F1, I passed the ebook to Jen to read through (as you know, by the time I reach the second sentence, I’ve forgotten the first- stroke related), she made bullet points for me and I implemented what she had read so far……..

Monday arrived, off I went prospecting to Newport with Mike Ashfield. We got diddly squat and frozen feet.

BUT………………..when I got home, I checked out my weekend work, only to find I had 3 leads, that’s how my week continued. In all, throughout the week, I got 15 leads through my new system. Seven of which started in my business this week. I’m so looking forward to next week now.

Of course, I will still be out looking for leads the traditional way, trying to sign up 1 rep per week. However add that to the leads I got with my system, I could be in double figures EVERY week.

In case you were wondering, the book I read is on the right of this page. Check it out!

WATCH THIS SPACE!!!!

HAPPY EASTER.

Why & What?

daytimetv

If you don’t know WHY or WHAT you are starting a home business for, then WHAT is there to FOCUS on?  What will make you get out of bed, what will make you turn off Jeremy Kyle or Homes Under the Hammer in the morning?

So you need a WHY or a WHAT and you need to set goals to accomplish these.

 Why Set Goals?

Goal setting is used by most top-level athletes, successful business-people and achievers in all different fields of life Setting goals gives you long-term vision, something to focus on, your reason for starting your business in the first place. It focuses your acquisition of knowledge, and helps you to organize your time and your resources so that you can make the very most of your life.

By setting sharp, clearly defined goals, you can measure and take pride in the achievement of those goals, and you’ll see forward progress in what might previously have seemed a long pointless grind. You will also raise your self-confidence, as you recognize your own ability and competence in achieving the goals that you’ve set.

Starting to Set Personal Goals

You set your goals on a number of levels:

  • First you create your “big picture” of what you want to do with your life (or over, say, the next 10 years), and identify the large-scale goals that you want to achieve.
  • Then, you break these down into the smaller and smaller targets that you must hit to reach your lifetime goals.
  • Finally, once you have your plan, you start working on how to achieve these goals.

This is why we start the process of goal setting by looking at your lifetime goals. Then, we work down to the things that you can do in, say, the next five years, then next year, next month, next week, and today, to start moving towards them.

As an example –

My goal was to pay off debts that I had, followed by a couple of foreign holidays every year, and financial independence. It’s fair to say, we have reached my initial goals – Jen, my wife, has even given up her job to join me in the business.

Next Goal, A BIGGER one, is to BUY a new house, mortgage FREE.

How Will YOU Do it?

You need to look at the compensation plan, work out what you need to reach end goal. You may need 150 reps in the first year in your team. Blimey, I will never get that!!!!

Yes, you can. Break that 150 down. I want my 150 by year end; break that down in to weeks, then days.

150/52 = 2.88 reps per week. That’s great, less than 1 per day. Doesn’t 1 rep every other day sound better?

Working From Home – Starting Out.

tupperware

When you think of Network Marketing you probably have an image in your mind of what network marketing (also known as direct sales or multilevel marketing) is all about–housewives buying and selling Tupperware while gossiping and eating sandwiches, sausages on a stick or a high-pressure salesperson trying to convince you how easily you can become a millionaire if only you and your friends and their friends and so on would buy and sell vitamins shakes, dustpans and brushes and lipsticks.

Both of these images couldn’t be further from the reality of network marketing. It’s neither a hobby nor a get-rich-scheme but an opportunity for you to earn money running your own part- or full-time business.

But what does it take to succeed in this industry?

Choose wisely. There are six key elements you should be looking for when choosing a company to work with.

STABILTY – how old is the company?

PRODUCTS – will consumers use the products on a regular basis? Do you believe in them?

THE PAY PLAN – be clear about, how much you can earn, how often you are paid for selling your products. How much you can earn from your team members.

INTEGRITY OF THE COMPANY – Are they successful, what is their experience in network marketing? Do they have a good reputation?

MOMENTUM and TIMING – Where is the company going? Is it growing?

TRAINING & SYSTEMS – is the training easy to follow, if any? Are the systems given, easy to use?
